Daniel P. O'Connor
Dan O’Connor grew up in San Antonio, Texas, one of five children to a career Air Force pilot. He attended the University of Notre Dame, obtaining a BBA in Accounting in 1982. Dan went straight into law school at St. Mary’s University, San Antonio, graduating in 1985. He joined a mid-sized law firm upon graduation, practicing in San Antonio for his entire career as a trial attorney. He started his own practice in 2008 with the Law Offices of Daniel P. O’Connor, P.C. The firm expanded to O’Connor | McLin, PC in 2016. Dan and his partner, Ian McLin, have enjoyed a litigation and trial practice with an emphasis on construction and surety for the last 15 years. Dan is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, National Bond Claims Association and he speaks on surety issues.
Born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. Married to Lore O'Connor with three children: Patrick, Colleen, and Kevin. Admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 1985. Joined a mid-sized law firm upon graduation, practicing in San Antonio for his entire career as a trial attorney. He started his own practice in 2008 with the Law Offices of Daniel P. O’Connor, P.C. The firm expanded to O’Connor | McLin, PC in 2016.
